Getting Found Is Half The Job. Your Website Has To Close The Rest.

Every search, every ad and every referral ends the same way. A homeowner opens your website on a phone and decides, on one screen, whether to call you or go back to the list. Most contractor websites look acceptable and convert almost nothing.

Why The Site Decides

Your Website Is Where The Decision Actually Gets Made

The map, the ads and the AI answers all do the same job. They hand a homeowner a shortlist and send them to your website to choose. Everything you spend on getting found is spent a second time the moment somebody lands on a page that does not answer them.

They are looking on a phone, usually with a competitor's site open in another tab, and they are checking three things. Do you do the work I need. Do you cover where I live. Can I reach you now.

Most contractor websites answer none of the three on the first screen. A stock photo, a slogan and a menu. The homeowner scrolls once, learns nothing about the company, and goes back to the list.

Sound Familiar

What Your Website Is Doing Right Now

None of this is about taste. It is about what the site does when a homeowner with a job and a phone lands on it.

01

It Is Slow On A Phone, Which Is Where Almost Everyone Opens It

Most homeowners find you on mobile data, often standing in the yard they want fenced. While the page is still loading they are already back on Google, looking at the next name on the list.

02

The First Screen Does Not Say What You Build Or Where

A logo, a slogan and a photo that could belong to any company in any state. The two questions every homeowner arrives with, do you do my kind of job and do you cover my town, go unanswered.

03

Getting Hold Of You Takes More Work Than It Should

The number is parked inside the menu and does nothing when tapped. The form wants a paragraph before it wants a phone number. Texting is not an option. Every extra step loses somebody who was ready to call.

04

Your Own Work Is Not On It

Stock photos instead of the fences and decks you actually built. Any review you have earned stays on Google instead of being shown here. No license or insurance in sight. Nothing on the screen proves you are the safer choice.

05

Every Service And Every Town Sits On One Page

Installation, repairs, staining and every place you cover, all stacked onto a single page. Nobody lands on the answer to their own question, and Google has nothing specific enough to rank.

06

Nothing Tells The Homeowner What Happens Next

No process, no idea what an estimate involves, no sense of how long a job takes or when you could start. Choosing feels like a risk, so they keep clicking and book with whoever explains it first.

The Real Cost

What A Weak Website Actually Costs You

None of this shows up as a line on an invoice, which is exactly why it runs for years without anybody catching it.

What it costs youHow it happens

You Do Not Rank

Google reads speed, structure and depth of content. A slow site with no dedicated service or location pages gives it almost nothing to work with, so your map rankings and your ad spend both have to fight a headwind you created.

The Traffic You Already Paid For Bounces

Every visit was bought with ad spend, ranking work or a referral. A visitor who leaves within seconds takes all of that with them, and you never find out who they were or what they wanted.

You Get Visits But Not Leads

The analytics look healthy while the phone stays quiet. With no conversion path on the page, traffic is a number on a dashboard rather than work in the calendar.

You Are Only Findable In One Town

With no dedicated page behind each town you serve, every neighboring market you would happily drive to is invisible to you, no matter how good the work is when you get there.

You Lose Jobs To Weaker Companies

A homeowner comparing two companies picks the one that looks current and easy to deal with. Better craftsmanship loses to a better website more often than most owners would believe.

Every Other Channel Underperforms

Ads, map rankings, social and referrals all finish in the same place. When the site converts poorly, every channel you fund is quietly capped by it, and you end up blaming the channel.

How A Visit Turns Into A Call

A Homeowner Decides In Three Steps

Every change we make to a site moves one of these three. If a change does not move one of them, we do not make it.

1

Load

The page has to be usable before patience runs out. That means real speed on mobile data in the places you actually work, not a green score on a desktop test run from an office.

Do they stay
2

Believe

On one screen they need to see the work, the service they came for, the town they live in and a real person behind it. Proof of a job like theirs does more than any headline.

Do they trust you
3

Act

The way to reach you has to sit under the thumb, in the form they prefer, at the moment they decide. A call, a text or a short form, not a maze of pages.

Do they reach you

What The Work Actually Is

What We Build, In Plain Terms

No page counts and no design jargon. This is the work, and every item on it exists to move load, belief or action.

01

Modern UI And UX Design

A current, credible design built around how homeowners actually read on a phone. Clear hierarchy, real photography of your own work, and nothing left on the screen that does not help somebody decide.

02

A Dedicated Page For Every Service

Every service you sell gets its own page, written for the person searching for that exact job. Nobody lands on a general services page and has to hunt for whether you do their work.

03

A Dedicated Page For Every Location

One page for each town you actually work in, written for that town and the jobs you do there. Not a list of city names dropped into the footer, which Google stopped rewarding years ago.

04

Conversion Rate Optimization

Call, text and quote routes placed where the decision happens, forms cut back to what you genuinely need to price a job, and the path measured and tightened rather than guessed at once and left.

05

Speed On A Phone, Not On A Test

Images sized properly, scripts stripped back to what earns its place, and the result measured on mobile data, because that is where your customer is standing when they open it.

06

Proof Built Into Every Page

Your own job photos sorted by service and by town, reviews placed at the points where doubt shows up, and before and after sets that show the work rather than describe it.

07

Written So Google And AI Can Quote It

Headings that match what homeowners actually type, questions answered in plain sentences, and the structured data underneath, so the site supports your map ranking and gives AI answers something to name you for.

Also Part Of Every Build

Those seven are the shape of the work. The rest comes with the build rather than as extras, because a site missing any of it leaks jobs.

What Good Looks Like

What Changes When The Site Does Its Job

No invented numbers and no promised timelines. This is what the business feels like once the site is carrying its share of the work.

A site that sits there
A site that books work
Traffic arrives, looks around and leaves, and you never find out who it was.

They Call Instead Of Going Back

The page answers the three things a homeowner is checking, so the visit ends with your number dialled rather than a return to the search results.

Every quote conversation starts from nothing.

They Arrive Already Sold On The Work

They have seen the material, the finish and a job like theirs before they ever speak to you, so the call is about scheduling rather than convincing.

You are only findable in the town your address sits in.

Every Town You Serve Has Somewhere To Land

Each town has a real page behind it, which gives your map ranking something to stand on and gives a homeowner there a reason to believe you cover them.

You cannot tell which part of your marketing is working.

You Can See Which Pages Book Jobs

Calls, texts and forms tracked back to the page that produced them, so the next decision gets made on what actually happened rather than a hunch.

Timing

A Rebuild Is The One Thing You Cannot Do In Season

A rebuild needs your photos, your job list, your towns and a handful of decisions only you can make. In June you do not have an hour for any of it. Doing it in the quiet months means the site is finished, indexed and tested before the calls start, instead of sitting half rebuilt while you are trying to keep a full crew moving.

We Don't Do "Everyone." We Do Fences And Decks.

Who We Serve

Most agencies will take a dentist, a gym, a law firm and you, which means nobody in that building has ever sold a fence. They learn your trade on your budget. We already know what a homeowner types when a fence comes down, which categories a fence company should actually sit in, and which service areas are worth chasing before you spend a year finding out.

Fencing Contractors

Privacy, vinyl, ornamental, chain link

Deck Contractors

Pressure treated, cedar, composite

If a town is out of realistic reach for your address, we will tell you on the first call instead of selling you a year of trying.

Who You Are Actually Talking To

You Will Work With Me, Not An Account Manager

I am Hamza Ijaz. I spent seven years doing marketing for home service contractors, a good part of it on fence and deck accounts, before I started Panther Leads.

That matters for one simple reason. At a bigger agency you get sold by one person and handed to another, and that second person rotates out in four months. Here, the person on the audit call is the person doing the work. My wife Isha works alongside me, and we have a small team behind us on the build.

If something is not working, you tell me. There is no ticket queue and no account manager in between.

Why Fence And Deck Owners Pick Us

Four Things We Put In Writing

You have been burned before or you know somebody who has. These are the terms, in plain language, before there is any money involved.

Our termsIn writing, before any money

Fence And Deck Only

We do not take a plumber next month because cash got slow. Two trades is the whole business and it stays that way.

One Company Per Area

We will not sign the fence company two towns over and run you both. Your market is yours for as long as you are with us.

You Own Everything

The site, the domain, the hosting, the content and the accounts, all of it in your name from day one. If you leave, you leave with it.

No Contracts

Month to month from the start. If it is not working you say so and it ends. We would rather earn it every month than lock you in for twelve.

Month to month. In your name. One company per area.

No Cost, No Contract

Straight Answers

What Fence And Deck Owners Ask Us

The questions that come up on almost every call, answered the way we answer them on the call.

Sometimes the structure is sound and the problem is what sits on it, in which case we rebuild the pages and leave the rest alone. Sometimes the platform itself is what is slow and no amount of tidying fixes it. We will tell you which one you have on the call rather than selling you a rebuild by default.

Most of the timeline is not us. It is getting your photos, your town list and a few decisions out of you while you are busy. When that comes back quickly the build moves quickly. Anyone giving you a date before they have seen your site is guessing.

Not if the rebuild is done properly. Every existing page gets mapped to a new one, the redirects go in before launch, and we watch the rankings through the switch. Ranking drops after a rebuild come from skipping that work, not from rebuilding.

You do. The domain, the hosting, the content and the accounts are in your name from day one. If you leave, the site leaves with you, and we will help you move it.

Not always. If what you are on can be made genuinely fast we will work with it. If it cannot, we will say so plainly and explain what moving involves before you decide anything.

Bring it. The review is free and it is yours whether you hire us or not. If the site is already doing its job we will tell you that, and you can spend the money somewhere it is actually needed.
