Our services

Panther Leads provides digital marketing services to fence and deck contractors in the United States. These may include Google Business Profile and local search optimisation, AI search visibility, search engine optimisation, website design, paid advertising management, review generation, and lead follow-up automation. The specific services, deliverables and monthly fee for your engagement are set out in the proposal or order confirmation we provide before work begins.

Fees and billing

Services are provided on a monthly basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle, beginning on the date your engagement starts, and are charged automatically to the payment method on file. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google Ads is separate from our fees and is billed directly to you by those platforms unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees exclude any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

There is no long-term contract and no notice period. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@pantherleads.com. Your services continue to the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We may end an engagement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately if these terms are breached.

Refunds

Because our work is performed continuously throughout each billing month, monthly fees are non-refundable once that month’s service period has begun. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for an unused portion of a month. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistake.

Your responsibilities

To deliver our services we need timely access and input from you, including access to relevant accounts, approval of materials, and accurate information about your business. Delays in providing these may affect timelines and results. You confirm that any content you supply is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, visibility in AI and search platforms, traffic and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including the algorithms and policies of Google and other third-party platforms, your market, your competitors, and seasonality. We apply professional skill and reasonable care, and we report honestly on performance, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, number of leads, revenue or return on investment. Any figures, timelines or examples we discuss are illustrative and are not promises.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta and Calendly. We are not responsible for changes to, interruptions in, or decisions made by those platforms, including suspension of accounts or changes to their algorithms or policies.

Intellectual property

All content on this website belongs to Panther Leads. Work produced specifically for you as part of a paid engagement becomes yours once the invoices covering it have been paid in full. We retain ownership of our own methods, templates, processes and tools, and may reuse them for other clients. We may describe our work in general terms as a case study; we will not identify you by name or publish your results without your written permission.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panther Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the total fees you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Panther Leads against claims arising from content or materials you supply, or from your breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Website use

This website and its content are provided for general information. Nothing on it is a guarantee, an offer of employment, or professional legal, financial or tax advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
