Social Media Management
Your Best Work Is Sitting On Your Phone. It Should Be Winning You Jobs.
Every fence and every deck you finish is proof that somebody else is looking for right now. Instead it sits in your camera roll. A managed page turns that work into the thing a homeowner checks before they call, and the thing that keeps you in mind until they are ready to build.
Why The Page Matters
They Check Your Page Before They Call
A homeowner gets your name from a neighbor, a search or an ad. Before they pick up the phone they look you up. What they find in the next ten seconds decides whether they call you or the next company on the list.
They are not there for clever captions. They want to see the work, see that it is recent, and see that a real person answers when somebody asks a question.
An empty page, or one that stopped six months ago, answers a different question entirely. It says you might not be around, or you might be too busy, or you might not be the safe choice.

Sound Familiar
Why Your Page Is Not Bringing In Work
None of this is about being good at social media. It is about what a local homeowner sees when they check you out.
The Work Never Leaves Your Phone
Photos of finished jobs sit in the camera roll and go up now and then, if there is anything left in the tank at the end of a long day. Most of your best work is never seen by anybody outside that street.
The Posts Do Not Say What, Where Or For Whom
Holiday graphics, quotes and happy Friday fill the page. Nothing says what the job was, what it is built from, what it solved or which town it is in.
The Page Goes Quiet For Months
A burst of posting in spring, then nothing all summer because you are on site from six in the morning. Somebody reading it in August cannot tell whether you are still trading.
Nobody Is Answering The Messages
Comments and direct messages are where the ready buyers show up. Left overnight they go cold, and by the time you see them somebody else has already been out to measure.
There Is No Reason To Follow You
Nothing on the page is worth coming back for. No before and afters, no comparison between materials, nothing that helps somebody plan the project they have been putting off.
The Photos Do Not Sell The Work
Shot into the sun, half the fence out of frame, taken through the truck window on the way out. The build was excellent. The photograph is doing it no favors at all.
The Real Cost
What A Dead Page Costs You
None of it shows up as a missed call. That is exactly why it goes on for years.
The referral checks you out and hesitates
Somebody recommended you by name. Then they looked you up, saw nothing recent, and decided to get a second quote just to be safe.
Your best jobs stay invisible
The deck you were proudest of last season never sold another one, because nobody beyond that back yard ever saw it.
Every spring starts from zero
With no audience built up over the winter, the season opens cold and paid ads become the only way anybody hears about you.
Ready buyers go cold in the inbox
People who send a message are usually further along than people who fill in a form. Left waiting, they book with whoever answered first.
The neighbors never hear about the job next door
The best time to be seen locally is while your truck is parked on that street. Nothing on the page captures it, so the moment passes.
Price becomes the only thing left to argue about
With no proof of the work on show, every conversation goes straight to the number, and the cheapest quote wins by default.
How It Actually Works
The Job, The Post, The Message
Three moments turn a finished deck into the next one. All three have to happen.
The Job Gets Photographed Properly
Before, during and after, from the angles that actually show the build. It takes a few minutes on site and it is the raw material for everything that follows.
One job, six usable photosIt Goes Out As A Post That Sells
The material, the size, the area and what it solved for that family. Written the way you would explain it standing in the yard, not the way an agency writes captions.

Somebody local sees it and asks what that cost. A reply within the hour, while they are still thinking about their own yard, is where the next estimate comes from.

What We Manage, In Plain Terms
No trends, no dancing and nothing that would embarrass you in front of a customer. Every item here exists to turn finished jobs into booked estimates.
A Posting Schedule You Never Have To Think About
Planned and published for the whole month, so the page keeps moving whether you are digging post holes or sitting in traffic with a trailer.
Your Own Jobs, Never Stock Images
Everything that goes up is work you actually did. Nobody can copy your photos, and every post doubles as proof for the next homeowner.
A Shot List Your Crew Can Follow
A simple list of angles anybody on site can get with a phone in two minutes. Same shots every job, so the page starts to look like one company.
Captions Written For Local Buyers
Material, size, area and the problem it solved, in plain words. Written so somebody a few streets away recognizes their own yard in it.
Before And After Sets
The one format that stops the scroll for anybody who has been staring at a rotten deck or a leaning fence for two summers.
Messages And Comments Answered
Questions, quote requests and direct messages handled quickly, with anything serious passed straight to you while the person is still interested.
Profiles Built To Convert
Bio, service area, hours, call button and highlights set up so somebody can go from one photo to your phone in a single tap.
A Monthly Report That Says Something
Reach and follows are in there, but the part that matters is the messages, the calls and the estimates that came out of the page.
Also Included
The smaller pieces that make the difference, all part of the same work.
Off And On
The Same Company, Two Different Pages
Nothing changes about the work you do. Everything changes about what a homeowner sees before they call.
150 feet of cedar privacy fence, finished this week
Somebody two streets over reads that and knows exactly what you do and that you were just nearby.
Your crew, your truck, your finished job
Proof instead of decoration, and photos no competitor can lift and reuse as their own.
Something new every week, right through the season
The page reads as a company that is busy and still working, which is the only question being asked.
Every message answered the same day
The people who send a message are the closest to buying of anybody who looks at your page.
The Simple Version
You are already doing the work. This is showing it to the people who want it.
No trends and no gimmicks. Your jobs, photographed properly and posted where the neighbors are already looking.

Who You Are Working With
A Small Team That Answers The Phone
I am Hamza Ijaz. I started Panther Leads because contractors kept paying for marketing that nobody would explain to them in plain words.
You deal with me. My wife Isha works alongside me. There is no account manager and no queue to sit in.
If a month goes by and the page has brought you nothing, you hear it from me first, along with what we are changing about it.
How We Work
The Terms, In Plain English
No long contract and no surprises. Four things you can hold us to.
No Long Contract
Month to month. If we are not earning our place, you leave and you keep everything we built.
The Accounts And Photos Stay Yours
Your pages, your logins, and every image and caption we produce. In your name from the first day, and it all goes with you if you leave.
One Point Of Contact
You talk to the person running the page. Questions get answered the same day, not routed somewhere.
Nothing Goes Up You Would Not Say
Your voice, your standards, your reputation. If a post is not something you would say to a customer, it does not get published.
The Next Step
Find Out What Your Page Could Be Doing
Book a free 30 minute audit and opportunity session. We go through your page with you, show you what is holding it back, and give you a month of post ideas built from your own jobs.
Questions
Straight Answers
The things contractors ask before they book the session.
Facebook and Instagram for most fence and deck companies, plus your Google Business profile, which quietly does more work than either of them. If your customers are somewhere else, we will say so rather than sell you a platform you do not need.
No. Plenty of contractors never appear on their own page and it works fine, because the work carries it. If you are comfortable on camera we will use that, since it does help, but nothing here depends on it.
Your crew, with a phone and a short shot list we give you. It takes a couple of minutes at the end of a job. If that is not realistic, we work with whatever you already have on your phone.
Often enough that the page never looks abandoned, and more during your busy season when people are looking. We agree the rhythm with you before we start rather than promising a number now.
It does two things. It convinces the people already checking you out that you are the safe choice, and it brings messages from locals who saw a job. Both turn into estimates. Anybody promising you a number is guessing.
It depends on how many platforms we run and how much shooting and editing is involved. We price it after the session, once we both know what the work actually is.
